Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. All returns must include original undamaged packaging/box. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. International exchanges will be subject to additional shipping charges
ALL RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AND CREDITED WITHIN A SEVEN DAY PERIOD FROM RECEIPT OF RETURN
Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Please request a tracking code on all returns. We are not responsible for returns that have been sent back, but not received by us. We cannot issue a credit for a return until the merchandise is received by us .
How do I make a return or exchange?
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Send insured to the above address. We recommend that you insure the return packages to Crossroadonline.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at crossroadsonline.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Crossroads.
